Mike graduated in the top 10% of his class at West Point with a B.S. in Computer Science in 2002. Upon graduating, he served two yearlong combat deployments to Baghdad, Iraq, as an Army Signal Corps officer. In 2007, he moved back to his hometown of Honesdale, PA, to raise his family. He has four kids and the world's most patient wife.

Mike worked for five years as a software developer at Grandjean & Braverman, before purchasing the company and assuming the roles of president and lead software developer. He is one of about 20 Microsoft Access MVPs worldwide. He writes daily articles covering advanced Access, SQL Server, and VBA topics at nolongerset.com.

Samuel started his professional journey at Grandjean & Braverman in 2021. He provides support for G&B’s tax software, drawing on his background as a tax collector for Prompton Borough to deliver practical guidance to clients. Samuel develops solutions using a diverse range of technologies, including Access, SQL Server, and Go.

Every story has a beginning, and ours begins with Bruce. In 1989 Bruce founded a small tech company with a simple mission: deliver great software designed with every day users in mind. After over 25 years in the industry and dozens of satisfied customers, he transferred the business to his talented protégé, Mike, ensuring a smooth transition. As Grandjean & Braverman continues to grow, Bruce's entrepreneurial spirit lives on, driving the company's continued success. When he's not spending time with his grandchildren, Bruce and his wife Kathy love to tour the country in their RV. Although busy with travel and family, he still finds time to work at Grandjean & Braverman, delivering top notch software!.
