| When you assign an edition to a user, a few things happen: |

| * That edition of the Table of Contents becomes the user's default Table of Contents. When they open the program, that is the edition that they see on their screen. They still have the option to switch to any of the other editions. |
| * Policy documents that are not a part of the assigned edition will never display as "Requires Review" for that user on any report or form. |
