===== Download Municipal Data Files (spring bills) =====
  * Click [Utilities] on the Main Menu\\ {{:tax_coll:main_menu-utilities-btn.png?direct&200|}}
  * Click [Get Data Files] button on the Utilities Menu\\ {{:tax_coll:install:utilities_menu-get-data-files-btn.png?direct&200|}}
  * Click [OK] to download the data file\\ {{:tax_coll:install:download_municipal.png?direct&200|}}
    * If the download succeeds, you should see a message that the file "Myyyyxx.MDB" successfully downloaded to your data directory:\\ {{:tax_coll:install:successful_download.png?direct&200|}}
    * If the download fails, you will see a message to that effect.  Most likely, this means that the data file is not yet available for download.\\ {{:tax_coll:install:download_data_failed.png?direct&200|}}
  * If the download succeeded, click [Change Dist/Year] to switch to the new file:\\ {{:tax_coll:install:utilities_menu-change_dist_year.png?direct&200|}}
  * Enter the Year of the new data file then click [OK] to switch to it:\\ {{:tax_coll:install:change_dist_year.png?direct&200|}}
