In that situation, follow these steps to force close Assessor2k:\\ - Open task manager - **Click the START or SEARCH button** and type "Task Manager", then **click "Task Manager"** under "Best match"\\ \\ - {{:assessor:2021-12-07_15-23-26.png?nolink&600|}}\\ \\ - In the Task Manager window, find and select "**Microsoft Access**", then **click End Task**\\ \\ - {{:assessor:2021-12-07_15-25-01.png?nolink&400|}}\\ \\ - Assessor 2k should now be closed.
